Refund and Returns Policy

We’re a print on demand service therefore our returns policy differs slightly to other companies where they hold stock. 

FOF Store wants your shopping experience with us to be as enjoyable as possible. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product is in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. 

**We won’t accept returns for wrong items/sizes colours etc. after 14 days. we’ll accept defected items up to 28 days after your order is place. After 28 days we’ll assume all items are correct and not defected. 

  • Once you’ve placed your order it will be automictically sent to our print provider – This is done within a few hours
  • Our print provider then gets to work on printing your product to the highest standard. Every product is hand checked before being dispatched
  • Now your order is packed along with a thank you card that also has returns advice on 
  • Our print provider with use a nominated courier to ship your products. 

**PLEASE NOTE IF YOU’VE ORDER DIFFERENT TYPES OF PRODUCT SUCH AS A T-SHIRT & HOODIE THESE MAY BE SENT SEPERATE AS WE USE DIFFERENT PRINT PROVIDERS. 

  • We will accept returns for items that have defects, wrong size, wrong colour etc. 
  • Where the wrong size/colour has been order or you just don’t like the product please e-mail us within 48 hours of receiving the item/s – our e-mail address is contact@fofstore.xyz
  • Once we receive your e-mail we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item/s 
  • If your item/s are being returned because of wrong size/colour or wrong item they must be sent back in the original unused condition. (item/s received back damage may not be eligible for a refund -we recommend you use a tracked service
  • Upon returns receipt we’ll inspect the item/s. Once we’ve done this we’ll issue a refund and will send confirmation of this. 

**PLEASE NOTE WE DON’T OFFER FREE RETURNS. THE COST OF RETURNS MUST BE PAID FOR BY YOU (THE CUSTOMER) – FOF STORE DON’T ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR LOST OR DAMAGED RETURNS (WE’RE A SMALL INDEPENDANT BUSINESS SO ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO COVER THE COST OF THIS)

If you’ve ordered a gift card – we’re sorry to say these are not refundable.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed. Please be patient while the refund is being processed 

if you’ve paid using Clearpay then you should instigate the return through your provider but also contact us within 48 hours to follow our returns process – Our e-mail address is contact@fofstore.xyz

Shipping is by our print provided, you’ll receive shipping confirmation as soon as the item/s has been sent. 

We aim for your order/s to be with you within 5 working days but sometimes this may be longer dependent on volume or orders and other things such as bank holidays, festive periods & how busy our print partners are.

In accordance with EU Directive 1999/44/EC, we are committed to providing high-quality goods that conform to the contract of sale. If you purchase goods from us, you are entitled to the following rights:

  1. Conformity of Goods: All goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If goods are found to be non-compliant with the contract at the time of delivery, you have the right to request a remedy.
  2. Legal Guarantee Period: For any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods, you may be entitled to:
    • Repair or replacement of the defective goods, free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
    • If repair or replacement is not feasible or timely, you may request a reduction in price or a full refund.
  3. Notification: Please notify us of any lack of conformity within two months of discovering the issue. Contact us at cont with your order details and a description of the issue.
  4. Exceptions: This policy does not cover defects caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
  5. Returns Process: To initiate a return, please contact us to arrange inspection and resolution. Goods must be returned in their original condition, where possible, with proof of purchase.
